Good, favourable location close to restaurants and restaurants and shopping places and center of town. Also, to what other motels in the area were charging. The rooms in good condition.

The hotel's position was convenient, right by center of town. Furthermore, to what other motels in the area were charging. Truly enjoyed staying at the king room in good condition. The rate was US$ 88.

This was truly a desperation reservation for a weekend when all other hotels in the area were booked. This motel has to be 40+ years old, and you can imagine 40 layers of paint on the bedrooms walls that tell the story of this neglected facility.

Staying here made my weekend city stroll so enjoyable, especially being so close to Blue Bell Creameries just 2.5 km away and the Brenham Heritage Museum only 2.5 km away, both easy to reach for some good exploration.

We stayed for 2 nights at this location. The room was clean and cool. The staff was super friendly. The rooms could use an upgrade,but it was good for the price.

I had to evacuate for Hurricane Harvey and the staff were amazing, helping us with FEMA and providing hot meals during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and even though the place could use some updates, it was genuinely a lifesaver at a tough time.

We encountered several issues, starting with the non-smoking room that clearly smelled of years of smoke. The bathroom facilities left much to be desired, with visible mold and a general air of neglect. The atmosphere felt off with several permanent residents loitering around. It added an unwanted layer of unease. Light bulbs were missing from fixtures, and the furniture felt sparse and outdated, leaving the room looking worn. It lacked the basic upkeep expected from a hotel.
